We are an affiliated group of companies which produce citrus, market grapefruit and oranges, and operate citrus groves throughout Florida. We grew our first grapefruit in the 1960's in the Indian River region and since that time have expanded our grapefruit grove operations to all commercial varieties in all of the growing regions in Florida. In 1980, we added grove management to our grove operations and our grove management company is one of the most highly respected grove management companies in the industry. In 2005, we started our fruit sales company which currently markets a portion of our grapefruit in Asia, Europe, and the United States with a primary focus upon Japan. In 2007, we formed another entity to handle the overall administrative and financial functions for our companies.
